Should We be allowed to have our Cell phones out in school?

Hey everyone should we be allowed to have our cellphones out in school? I think we should be able to so we can text our parents and tell them if something is wrong or if you need them to bring you something. Well help me out and tell me what your opinion is about it!

    I think you guys shouold for emergency only though. We aren’t allowed since we don’t even have cell phone service. Hah. It kind of sucks but its a small town. But
